Our staff has been carefully handpicked for each center. Teachers are chosen based on their knowledge, experience, and passion for the industry. Employees must pass federal and state background checks, drug screening, and complete a 90 day orientation period before being offered a permanent position with the company. Each employee is expected to obtain 30 hours of professional development each year that will include CPR and first aid training. Our administrative team has been selected from within the company. Each member has proven to be a loyal and dependable asset to our team. Our teaching staff includes 2 state licensed teachers, and several others that are degree holders, and more than 50% of our staff have been employed by EICC for over a year.
